It made delicious muffins! Can't wait to try it in other recipes.

The product clearly shows and is advertised as a powder. My came in a bag as small cubes. I use this in my protein drinks. So I had to grind the 5 lb bag to a powder so I could use it.

I use this in shakes. It does not taste nearly as good as a real, well cooked sweet potato. But, for those like me who are too lazy to cook potatoes but still want the benefits, it's great. I mix 1/4 cup (~1 potato) in about 8 oz of water and chug it. Sort of nasty, but great for you.

This product is a great way of having sweet potatoes in your pantry. I've used it in soups and in my famous sweet potato soufflé -- it's excellent any way you use it. Looking forward to doing more baking with it, maybe some sweet potato biscuits next.

I love sweet potatoes and black beans. I made soupy beans in the crock pot and added the sweet potato powder to the extra liquid and it tasted just like fresh -- only when I use fresh I can only find yams, as these are the real thing. I want to give everyone I know who cooks a bag of this. I wasn't as thrilled with the pumpkin -- stronger flavor than I'd like, but the sweet potato will be in my pantry regularly.
