Freeze Dried Blueberries

Best way to get your "blueberries everyday!" for me--I buy the 2 pound bag and leave them at my office. They're part of my nuts/avocado/fruit lunch. Drink plenty of water after though!.
Taste great and I love them!

Super-Thick and Fruity Whipped Cream

With a handful of freeze-dried fruit, you can make a whipped cream that's as intensely fruity as it is colorful. Whether you choose blueberries, raspberries, or cherries, it's a quick and easy alternative to ice cream for topping your favorite summer pie. Because the dehydrated fruit helps bind the cream, it's also super stable, making it an ideal frosting for layer cakes and cupcakes. You can even refrigerate it for up to a week without having to re-whip!
Special equipment: Food processor
The exact volume of freeze-dried fruit can vary considerably by type and brand, so experimenting with fruits beyond those listed below is best done with a scale.
Makes 2 cups
1/2 ounce freeze-dried blueberries, raspberries, or other fruit (1/2 cup; 15g)
1 3/4 ounces sugar (1/4 cup; 50g)
16 ounces heavy whipping cream (2 cups; 455g)
In the bowl of a food processor, grind freeze-dried fruit and sugar until powdery and fine, about 1 minute. Add cream and stir with a fork to be sure no dry pockets of sugar/fruit are stuck in the corners, then pulse until thick and creamy like Greek yogurt, less than 2 minutes. The time will vary with the horsepower of your machine, so watch it like a hawk to avoid making fruity butter by mistake. Once mixture is thick and creamy, enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate up to 1 week. Total time: 5 minutes

5-Minute Microwave Berry Cobbler

*The ratios used are for a large mason jar mug. Recipe will also make 2 servings in smaller mugs. Make sure to only fill the mug no more than 2/3 full or it will bubble over during cooking.
3/4 cup strawberries (can use frozen; lengthen cooking time somewhat), or reconstitute freeze dried fruit
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons milk
Chop berries and add to a mug. Add powdered sugar, stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, add the flour, white sugar, baking powder and mix to combine.
Add the butter and rub in with your fingers until combined.
Add the milk and stir. Add the dough to the top of the berries (sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired).
Microwave on high for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

I received a bag of these blueberries for a gift, and these are the "bomb"!! I had to hide the couple of bags I got from my kids so they wouldn't eat all of them!! Most def going to buy some more when I run out!

I didn't think these could possibly be as good as the reviews, but they are fantastic! These freeze dried blueberries taste so fresh and are far better than any frozen blueberries I ever bought. They look exactly as shown in picture, and are very sweet with just a tiny amount of sourness. I think they would mix great with their freeze dried strawberries which are more sour, they would conpensate one another and create a perfect mix.

The freeze dried blueberries are so delicious it's difficult to keep my hand out of the bag. They are fantastic dried - just crunching them or in water or milk and taste like fresh berries.

Outrageously good in cereal and milk! I like the freeze dried blueberries better than the fresh ones. Great because they don't spoil! You don't having to worry about using them up quickly .

I've eaten these delicious blueberries for breakfast in a variety of ways. They are great mixed in waffle batter or tossed in a granola cereal for an extra burst of fruit. I love having them around the house in the winter time when blueberries aren't in season.

Was never a big fan of blueberries UNTIL I tasted these! Great taste, crisp and crunchy straight from the bag, and awesome in pancakes. I added a just little extra milk to the batter, with the dried blueberries, because the berries absorbed the liquid as the pancakes cooked. Yummm!

These are the best freeze-dried blueberries I have ever had, and I have ordered these for 5 years from different companies. They are bursting with flavor, and mostly small, whole berries. Can be eaten "as is" or re-hydrated and made into cobblers, or in pancakes. I ordered 25 pounds, and it filled 4 of the 6-gallon buckets which had a recloseable mylar liner in them.

I've tried to eat more fruit to be healthy, but I'm really just not a fruit fan. Correction: I wasn't. However, the blueberries and other freeze-dried fruits are not only wonderful, I can't stop eating until they are all gone! YUM!

Did I die and go to Heaven?? My only complaint is I will have to use self control to make them last for a month!! I ordered all of the freeze dried fruits and blended them together so I could have a healthy late night snack. Awesome!!

I love these Blueberries! They are large, crunchy and whole, unlike others I have ordered form other companies. These are a favorite for my family as the perfect snack. It's great to hear "mom can we have that fruit for our snack", even when there are cookies and sweets in the house. We loved these blueberries so much, we sent them to my Father as a birthday gift. Finally I bought him something he Loves.
