The United States recognizes 9 major food allergens:

• Tree Nuts
• Eggs
• Peanuts
• Fish
• Wheat
• Shellfish
• Soybeans
• Sesame

Other Countries Recognize Different Food Allergens

Here are the products that are packaged in our facility where we also process food containing some of these international allergens.

Barley

These products are packaged in our facility where we also package barley:

• Wild Rice, both Minnesota Grown and Canadian
• Beans (all varieties)
• Air Dried Vegetables (all varieties)
• Minnesota Grown Wild Rice Soup
• 17 Bean Soup
• Spicy Southwestern Soup - We label our Spicy Southwestern Soup as “May contain barley” because it is processed in a machine blender that also processes a different soup mix that does contain barley.

Celery

All of our products are packaged in facilities that also package celery.

Tomatoes

All of our products are packaged in facilities that also package tomatoes.

Mango

All of our freeze dried fruit, freeze dried vegetables, and air dried vegetables are packaged in a facility that also packages mangos.

Peaches

All of our freeze dried fruit, freeze dried vegetables, and air dried vegetables are packaged in a facility that also packages peaches.
