    Love in Asian dishes
I mainly add peas to Asian dishes --and I like a lot of them. These freeze dried peas taste like fresh picked. No more bags of peas filling a freezer drawer. Just reseal the bag and it goes back in the pantry (or on top of the refrigerator to be handy). Also good in tuna noodle casserole. Yes, I still make that.

I actually purchased the organic peas but could not leave a review because they are out of stock. They were outstanding in my tuna noodle casserole today....it was like they were fresh peas right out of the garden after they were hydrated. Do not hesitate to purchase.

    Nice snack
These taste similar to frozen peas. For snacking, I suggest adding a little water and salt (as they are a bit hard when dry). For example, 40g peas + 80g water + 1/16th tsp salt.

    So Handy so good
I bought the freeze dried peas to use in recipes that call for a handful of peas so I didn't need to open a can or have a opened bag of peas in the freezer. I have used them in soups and stir fry, tonight in fried rice. They are wonderfu,l so good.

    Great taste!
I have a problem getting my hubby to eat veggies, but he loves these peas in cream sauce with pearl onions! I have used them in chicken pot pie too and they are great!

    Totally amazing!
I bought these mainly to add to soups and stews. Rehydrated some one evening to add to a turkey and gravy leftover dish and my husband thought they were fresh peas. But the problem with these peas is that I have become addicted to them as a crunchy snack. I have to be careful not to eat too many at a time! Waiting to share with my grandsons.

    Versatile veggie !!
So far I have used these tasty FD peas to replace high fat croutons on a salad; as a lovely green & healthy garnish in a bowl of canned soup (Green pea or mushroom!). When my homemade green pea soup, from dried peas was a bit thin, I just smashed some of these peas (in a zip lock bag) added the pieces and powder to thicken my soup. These peas added a wonderfully fresher taste to my traditional recipe. Open the bag, taste a few, they are crunchy, and taste like they were just picked and pulled from the pods! I have to buy more ASAP!
