I actually expected a mix that looked like the picture, but I find the mix has at least 4 times as much corn as pictured. Tastes and cooks up great in soups, but I have to add other non starchy and colored veggies.

I bought this, not knowing what to expect...just hoping it would be good...I am not disappointed! I am a vegetarian and love making my own low sodium vegetable soup. I always am adding cajun seasoning... This was soooo good! My soup is even better than before! I also purchase the mixed, air dried vegetables...this is just so great! Thank you once again North Bay Trading!!!

I love this hot veggie mix. I take it backpacking with me and re-hydrate it with my home-dehydrated marinara sauce. It adds great flavor and nutrition to my pasta dishes.

What a great addition for soups! The "kick" is noticeable, but does not interfere with flavors and taste. This is definitely a "keeper" for the present and for the future. Thanks again, for a product well done!

I bought a batch of various freeze dried veggies (Hot Vegetable Blend plus Freeze Dried Corn, Peas, Green Beans, Broccoli and Spinach. I mix them all up and add some spices and take a couple of ounces to work. I don't have time to cook or drink a lot of liquids during the day, so these keep me satiated, happy....they taste great and give me loads of nutrients, and are an amazing snack for those looking to lose or maintain their weight. I'll be back for more of all of these!

This mix of hot veggies is so good! I put it in soup and also as a snack. It is spicy but not overpowering. This is my second order and want these on hand always.

This was a bit spicier than I had anticipated but not so much that it isn't enjoyable. Just beware there is a pop to the flavor so it's not something you want handfuls of at once!! Once again, top quality from North Bay - everything I have ordered from them has been fresh, delivered quickly, and has exceeded my expectations every time!!

I agree with the others here: the hot veggie mix is excellent. Surprisingly fresh tasting, and it's got a nice little kick. It would be great to have other hot blends.

Took this on a canoe trip and was very impressed. Fried walleye, wild rice, and hot vegetable blend made for an excellent meal. Very zesty with great texture. Highly recommended.

I add 2 packets of Herb Ox sodium free boullion to 3/4 cup of hot vegetable blend and approx 12 oz of hot water for a tasty lunch that fills me up. I never liked vegetable soup until I tried this!!! The vegetables have SO much flavor! I don't think I can ever eat canned soup again!!!
