Your payment is secure.  Our check out process uses advanced secure socket layer encryption. To place an order with us, please do one of the following:  (1)  Shop online and use your credit card, (2)  Shop online and use your PayPal account, (3)  Print your order and mail to us with a check or, (4)  Call us directly with your credit card info at 1-800-348-0164. 

Shipping is free for all orders $99 or more.  Otherwise its a flat rate of $7.00.  We're usually shipping orders within one business day or less. We use FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground.  If you use a PO Box for billing purposes, please be sure to specify a street address in the delivery fields upon check out.  For Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas military basis, we use registered postal mail and additional charges may apply for extraordinarily large orders (we will quote via phone or email).

Retail orders are delivered to your door usually within 2-5 business days, depending upon your location.   If you would like to estimate ground shipping time at fedex.com, all products ship from northern Wisconsin - zip code 54820. Map below is a general guide for time in transit.  When we receive your order by 3pm CST, we ship that night, so the next day represents Day 1 in transit.

 Customer Service, Security, and Privacy

If there is a problem with your order, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.  We have very few service errors, but occasionally something happens. If you do not receive what you ordered, of course we will return or exchange the item at no expense to you. If there is a shipping issue, we will follow up using tracking information and quickly resolve it.

Whenever you are on a North Bay Trading webpage that asks for personal information, it is a page that uses secure socket layer encryption.  You will notice that the lock icon on your browser becomes locked and, in the address bar, the 'http' changes to 'https'.  

We do not store your credit card information after your order is placed. You will have to re-enter your credit information when you reorder. But if a refund is required, we can ask our merchant bank to refund your credit card without re-collecting your card number.

Like most shopping web sites, cookies help us track customer trends, such as which pages are most popular, which time of day brings the most traffic, that sort of thing. These files do not contain any personal indentifying information such as your name and address.

We may occasionally use your email address to send you our newsletter or notify you of specials and new products.  Please use the opt out link to discontinue emails from us.

We may occasionally provide our customer postal mailing list to companies who wish to send postal mail of likely interest to you, such as gourmet food catalogs. Please notify us via phone or letter if you do not wish to receive such mailings.
