Can I send items as a gift to another address?
Yes, the check out process allows you to enter a different shipping name and address, plus you can type a short message for the recipient in the check out comment field.
I am a returning customer and I forgot my password, how do I order?
Until the next site upgrade, all customers must enter an email address. Returning customers using the same email address as before must also enter their password. If you forgot your password, please enter your email address after clicking here: Forgot your password. A new password will be sent to you (be sure to check your junk mail box). Then click Login (upper right corner of the screen). After login, you can click on Your Account (upper right corner of the screen) and change your password to one that is easy to remember.

We can usually accommodate orders to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories without too much trouble. These orders ship via registered mail. However, if your order is unusually heavy, we may request additional funds for shipping or offer to cancel your order. Some APO addresses and US Territories may take 4 weeks or more for delivery.
