- 1/4-inch dices of sun dried Roma tomatoes with salt added.
- Excellent source of vitamin C, and a good source of fiber and iron.
Common uses: Backpacking food, camping food, and quick-and-easy cooking at home. Like many of our air dried vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes are often added to soups, chilies, stews, pizzas, and casseroles.
Note: These tomatoes have a salty taste, which is typical of sun dried tomatoes.

Easy to Prepare
- Add dry tomatoes while slow cooking soups, chilies, stews, sauces, and other foods with sufficient liquid content.
- For most other applications, hydrate using 1 part sun dried tomatoes and 3 parts water.
- Simmer 10-15 minutes.
- Add additional water if necessary.
Note — These tomatoes have a salty taste, which is typical of sun dried tomatoes.
Yield — 1 oz equals about 1/4 cup dry. Doubles in volume when hydrated.
Storage — Best if used within 18 months. Store tightly sealed in a dry location away from sunlight.
