Freeze Dried Asparagus

This is another excellent product (see my review of the green beans) that exceeded my expectations. The product looks exactly as pictured, and tastes great "as is", or re-hydrated and cooked like frozen asparagus. A note on density: I ordered a 15 pound box (now 10 pounds for sale on website), and it filled 6 of the standard 6-gallon buckets with 8 quart jars left over. I think for 10 pounds, it would fill on the order of 4 of the standard 6-gallon buckets.
