Still working my way through a 3 lb bag, but I will definitely be buying more of these freeze dried bananas!

This is my first order of the freeze dried bananas. They are so incredibly sweet and delicious and I love the texture better than the other banana chips that have the added sugar and texture of cardboard. Will be ordering more!

Excellent product! Very fresh tasting and sweet! The kids eat the freeze dried banana daily, I'm on my 3rd order of these and several other fruits. Glad I can order large bags!!

I have fallen in love with freeze dried bananas. They are a great alternative to the banana chips which have added oil and sugars. These freeze dried bananas have a great taste. I have tried other brands and there are some that leave a weird after taste. I plan on ordering them again along with some other freeze dried products. A great company with a great product. And shipping was very fast.

They are delicious! I served these freeze dried banana chips at an event focusing on healthy eating. Everyone loved them & many asked where to purchase them. I'll definitely be buying more!

I'm ashamed to admit I inhaled the entire bag before I even tried baking or cooking with them. They'll be a great stocking stuffer for my sister, too.

Am buying again after using up a 3 pound foil bag. I loved the fresh taste, that the fruit never spoiled and was just as fresh tasting at the end of the bag as when first opened. With any freeze dried fruit, there is a small amount of powdered fruit at the bottom of the bag. That powder was WONDERFUL added to pancakes. Added the last spoonful to a package of (cook till boiling) vanilla pudding. YUM!

The flavor of the bananas is great. I love them mixed in with yogurt or in my own snack mix (I mix cereal bits and a couple kinds of freeze dried fruit for on the go!)

This is my second order of the freeze dried bananas. They are incredible - i use them as snacks or in cereal. Only problem is keeping my hands out of the bag!

Have just started on my first order of these freeze dried bananas and I couldn't be happier with them. They are everything I hoped and needed them to be. They are a perfect snack, portable, and a staple for my emergency food supply. I'll be ordering these again, most likely before this bag reaches the bottom!

My 22 month old refuses to eat fresh fruit, but loves freeze dried bananas. It is a much neater snack to tote too. Also yummy on Mom and Dad's cereal.

I had high expectations with this product, as I have been very pleased with my other purchases. However, I would rate the bananas as 3-stars, because they had a very "green banana" taste, not fully ripe. They also leave a strange aftertaste in my mouth, unlike the other freeze-dried bananas I have had from other companies. I suspect this is a "batch" problem, and perhaps ordering at a different time of year may result in a better product. A 20-pound bulk bag filled 2 of the 6-gallon buckets with a reclosable liner inside, and had 2.5 qts left over.

We are so pleased with the quality and taste of your freeze dried banana slices. The soft crunch and melt in your mouth experience is truly a treat to the palate bursting with flavor. They are far superior than other brands we have tried and lower in cost. This is how nature wanted bananas to be eaten, in the raw and deliciously natural. Once you eat some you can not stop! They are now a part of my emergency food supply as they have a 2 year shelf life. I would highly recommend trying the freeze dried gift box as it is a real value for your money compared to the price you would find in the specialty gormet stores!

We added the dried bananas to pancakes while they were cooking - oh wow...the pancakes were amazing! We love to eat these bananas right out of the bag too!

When you compare the overall value of the Freeze Dried Bananas over the store-brand banana varieties, you'll soon realize that these Bananas are, by far, the better choice. They don't bruise or turn brown too quickly; they're crunchy and sweet, bite after bite. They're always available in your pantry, for whenever a banana craving strikes. Perfect food!

I love this dried banana right out of the bag! The only problem is it is hard to stop. So good!

Easy to Prepare
- Use dry as a healthy snack, as an addition to trail mixes, and as a crunchy topping for cereals and desserts.
- For most other applications, hydrate by soaking for 5 minutes in cold or hot water (hot water works slightly better). Then drain.
Yield — 1 oz equals about 1/2 cup dry with less than 4% moisture content.
Rehydration Ratio — 1 lb of freeze dried bananas, once rehydrated, equals approximately 7 lbs of fresh prepared sliced bananas.
Storage — Best if used within 24 months of purchase. Store tightly sealed while minimizing exposure to high humidity and heat.
