I add 2 packets of Herb Ox sodium free boullion to 3/4 cup of hot vegetable blend and approx 12 oz of hot water for a tasty lunch that fills me up. I never liked vegetable soup until I tried this!!! The vegetables have SO much flavor! I don't think I can ever eat canned soup again!!!

Easy to use.
- Use dry as a trail-mix snack.
- Use dry for a crunchy effect in tacos, salads, and, while serving, cooked pasta and cooked rice.
- Add dry during the last 10 or so minutes of cooking soups and stews that have sufficient amounts of broth.
- For most other applications, hydrate by soaking for 5-10 minutes in a generous amount of cold or hot water (hot water works slightly better). Then drain.
Yield — 1 oz equals about 1/2 cup dry with less than 4% moisture content.
Storage — Best if used within 24 months of purchase. Store tightly sealed in a dry location away from sunlight.
