Air Dried Parsley Flakes
Easy to Prepare
- Add dried parsley flakes while cooking sauces, casseroles, dips, Italian sauces, herb blends, salad dressings, stuffing mixes, garnishes, breads, and other foods with sufficient liquid content.
- For most other applications, hydrate using 1 part dried parsley and 7 parts cold water (ice water is ideal) for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Add additional water if necessary.
Yield — 1 oz equals about 1 1/2 cups dry. In general, our air dried vegetables double in volume when hydrated.
Storage — Best if used within 18 months. Store tightly sealed in a dry location away from sunlight.
