I'm used to carrot dices, these slices are SO much better - no peeling/scraping, no cutting, no prep at all. In recipes they look like you used fresh. Sweet snack.

Totally agree -- the carrots rock! (I liked them right out of the bag, as well as rehydrated.)

These dried carrots taste like fresh carrots and sweet; they are good dry as a snack and wonderful in soups and hot dishes or just heated up.

These carrots are off the chart fantastic! Lovely sliced rounds of beautiful orange fleshed goodness... BUY BUY BUY- you won't be disappointed. I can eat them like candy. Yes- they ARE that good!

These are the best dried carrots I have ever eaten! They taste fresh, and not like "tea": they are substantial slices, as the other reviewer said, not flakes, or tiny dices. They taste exactly like fresh carrots when rehydrated without cooking them. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and will be ordering more. I ordered a 2.5 pound bag of carrots as a test, and it filled 4 quart jars.

These dried carrots are an excellent value for your pantry. Consistent size and color is very very very well preserved in the drying process (all that good nutrition isn't oxidized!) The other thing is the cut means these are not going to get lost in your recipe.

I love adding dehydrated carrots to everything from casseroles, spaghetti sauces and tuna casserole. These carrots are a great thing to have on hand and are an easy way to add/hide veggies to any dish!

I made a dish with the carrots in it last night for dinner and they were fantastic! I left them with a touch of crunch and it made the dish filling and very satisfying. I'm looking forward to making more dishes with these carrots. I will definitely be ordering more!

These carrots are great just as a snack, and healthy too.

Very pleased with the quality of the carrots! These are lovely cross-cut slices. Beautiful big colorful pieces that expand and make for a hearty soup or stew: not tiny little flakes! These carrots are something you can actually bite! They come nicely packaged too!
